I combine structured thinking with curiosity, shaped by years of working alongside causes navigating change.
Through my independent practice, I collaborate with advocacy groups, philanthropic institutions, and mission-driven companies on a handful of meaningful initiatives each year. I serve as a cross-functional partner, connecting mission, narrative, product, policy, and operations to help teams work together effectively and move forward with clarity.
In recent years, I’ve worked with a national legal nonprofit navigating rapid growth, supported a cultural institution through digital transformation during the pandemic, and partnered with public-interest teams inside technology companies to align policy and product decisions with social impact goals.
I’m drawn to complexity, but only when it leads somewhere useful. I like understanding how things work, finding the signal in the noise, and building from the inside out. I’m most at home in environments where the mission matters but the path isn’t quite clear yet.
That often means stepping into moments of uncertainty: leadership transitions, new initiatives, sudden scale, or external pressure to adapt. I work alongside teams to bring order, not control—to help them focus on what matters, avoid the noise, and build systems that hold up under real-world conditions. I believe in clarity over complexity, progress over performance, and that strategy only matters if it gets built into something real.
I have a low tolerance for posturing and a high regard for things that actually work. Whether I’m helping an organization shape its next big effort or fixing something around the house, I approach the work the same way: with curiosity, pragmatism, and a willingness to keep tinkering until it clicks.
Outside of work, I'm drawn toward triathlon, photography, and occasionally getting lost in the woods.
I hold degrees from the London School of Economics and American University. I'm currently splitting my time between San Francisco and New York, collaborating with teams across North America and Europe.
