This site is informational. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we collect as little as possible.

BNMY LLC (“BNMY,” “we,” or “us”) is a technology and advocacy consultancy operated by Ben Murray. This policy describes how we handle information collected through bnmy.com.
Questions about this policy or your data: ben@bnmy.com.
bnmy.com has no user accounts, no logins, no transactions, and no user-generated content. The only information collected is what your browser sends when you visit a page, processed by our analytics tools below.
If you email us at ben@bnmy.com, we receive whatever you choose to send. That message lives in our email inbox, governed by the privacy terms of our email provider.
We use two analytics tools to understand site traffic in aggregate:
- Matomo, self-hosted by us at
measure.bnmy.com. Matomo records page visits, referrer, approximate location (from IP), browser, and device type. We configure it to respect Do Not Track and to anonymize IP addresses. - Vercel Analytics, provided by our hosting platform Vercel, which records aggregate page-view counts and performance metrics. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Matomo may set a small number of first-party cookies to recognize returning visitors across a session. The site uses no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful, where visitors come from, and whether the site works correctly. We don't profile individuals, build advertising audiences, or sell data to anyone.
If you email us, we use that message to reply to you and, if it leads to a working relationship, to coordinate that engagement.
We don't sell or rent your information. The third parties involved in running the site are limited to:
- Vercel – hosting and Vercel Analytics.
- Supabase – database and media storage for site content.
- Cal.com – embedded scheduling widget on the Schedule page. Cal.com receives information only when you interact with the scheduler.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of analytics collection.
To opt out of Matomo tracking, enable your browser's “Do Not Track” setting or use a content blocker. To exercise any other right, email ben@bnmy.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
bnmy.com is intended for a professional audience. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
